How we started
Two decades of doing it right
Jacob's Ladder Construction was founded on a simple belief: that clients deserve a contractor they can actually trust. One who shows up when they say they will, communicates clearly, and delivers work they're proud to put their name on.
Jacob started the company with a single crew and built a reputation entirely on referrals. Twenty years later, that's still how most of our work comes in — not from advertising, but from clients who tell their neighbors, their family, and their friends.
We've grown steadily over the years, but we've never grown so fast that we lost what made us good. Every project still gets the same personal attention. Every client still gets Jacob's direct number.
